Located conveniently in the heart of Williamsburg, I provide psychotherapy and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach involves an integrated style that blends elements of psychoanalysis, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and mindfulness to assist you through life’s difficulties.
As a nurse practitioner, I also focus on how aspects of your physical health may be impacting your emotional health. I believe in nurturing healthy eating, sleep, creative outlets, and movement to bolster a person’s internal resources.
Each individual requires a unique approach but my overall style is warm, collaborative, and relational. I received my masters in Psychiatric Nursing from New York University. I have post-graduate training from the William Alanson White Institute and the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis (ACAP). Additionally, I hold a graduate level Adjunct Professor position at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing and have been published in Case Study Approach to Psychotherapy for Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses (2020).
I look forward to getting to know you.
